If your power ever goes out, there are three easy ways to report your outage.
To report an outage via the SmartHub mobile app, tap the Report Outage button on the app home screen and follow the instructions.
To report an outage via the Smarthub portal please use the links above to access your account. Hover over the My Profile option, select outages and follow the instructions.
Please have the following items ready if possible:
• Name on Account
• Telephone Number
• Account Number
• Time Power Went Off
Receive outage notifications from SmartHub when you sign up for alerts.
To sign up for outage notifications by text or email navigate to settings and select your desired preferences.
